From a four-acre vineyard, planted in 1999 and now managed by us.  Soils here are sandy loams, and they are grown without irrigation. Picked on the 23^rd March, this was fermented with approximately 10% as whole bunches. Matured in French oak Hogsheads for ten months, with thirty percent new.  13.4%alc. 200 dozen made.
