Picked on 8th March – 1.7kg per vine / 1.9 tons per acre. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel – then cooled to arrest ferment before completion. Bottled without fining. This wine is a semi sweet style with 40g/L RS and 8.1% Alc. 150 cases made.
