Soft, mouth filling mousse and salmon pink colour. Notes of ripe strawberry and cream, apricot skin, orange blossom water, rose water, jasmine on the nose. Following on the palate with rose petal, red delicious apple, tangelo peel, lemon sorbet, cashew, oyster shell.
